Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of corn, soybeans, and other crops
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain crop fields through weeding and irrigation management
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Assist with packing and loading harvested produce
- Adhere to all safety protocols and farm regulations
- Participate in equipment maintenance and field preparation
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agriculture experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Team player with strong work ethic
