Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, herbs)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Inspect crops for quality and sort according to size/ripeness
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides under supervisor guidance
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Assist with packing and loading harvested products
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa sponsorship required
- Minimum 6 months prior farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work 10+ hour days during peak season
- Pass background check and drug screening
