Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (berries, vegetables, tree fruits)
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- H2A visa eligibility (or valid work authorization)
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules (including early mornings)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No agricultural experience required (training provided)
