Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for executive leadership, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems (both physical and digital), and oversee general facility maintenance requests.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, community outreach activities, and staff meetings.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain records in internal databases to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a healthcare or corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
