Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and arrange logistics for meetings/events
- Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive information with discretion
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Coordinate office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and communications using Microsoft Office Suite
- Streamline administrative processes and implement efficiency improvements
- Support onboarding processes and new employee orientation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in documentation and data handling
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
