Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex logistics
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for leadership team
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Support onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Associates degree or equivalent certification (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
