Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
- Support HR functions including onboarding, data entry, and record maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
