Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming correspondence via email, phone, and mail; screen and route inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and general administrative projects as assigned.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure the workspace remains fully operational.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an administrative assistant, executive secretary, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
