Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management and vendor coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Streamline administrative workflows using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Qualifications
