Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, supply procurement, and vendor relations
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data accuracy in company databases
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
