Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Process incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a focus on timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare, edit, and format internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with data entry and the management of electronic and physical filing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
