Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company database and filing systems.
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software or project management tools is a plus.
