Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and manage executive calendars to ensure optimal time usage.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately and drafting responses.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, team building activities, and client meetings, including catering and logistics.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies inventory, process invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
