Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory, supply procurement, and vendor relationships
- Process expense reports and maintain financial records accurately
- Support onboarding processes and coordinate team events
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- 3+ years in administrative support or executive assistance role
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Microsoft Bookings)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
