Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and prioritize executive requests
- Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track critical deadlines
- Manage expense reports and assist with budget preparation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
- Discretion when handling confidential information
