- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Support onboarding processes and new employee orientations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
