Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparation of materials and logistics
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department teams as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
