Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
- Coordinate office operations, including inventory management and vendor relationships
- Assist in onboarding new employees and managing office equipment
- Support event planning and meeting coordination
- Perform ad-h administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Experience with office management software (e.g., G Suite, Office 365)
