- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Support team meetings through preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions
- Assist in onboarding new hires and training administrative procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
