- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory management, supply procurement, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes
- Support HR functions including onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits administration
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
