Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal meetings.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Process incoming communications, including email and phone calls, with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in the coordination of office events, vendor management, and office supply ordering.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management to maintain accurate records.
- Support the finance and operations departments with basic invoicing and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
