Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting schedules, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance requests
- Coordinate onboarding processes, new hire orientations, and departmental events
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years progressive administrative support experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
