Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and route appropriately
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support departmental projects with data entry and record maintenance
- Coordinate office events and maintain a professional workspace environment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume setting
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality handling sensitive information
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Philadelphia residency preferred (or willingness to commute)
