Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Oversee office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes, new hire paperwork, and HR administrative tasks
- Support departmental projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating presentations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience in a professional environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation
