Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory and vendor management
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain digital filing systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking
- Support onboarding processes and new employee integration
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- 3+ years in executive support or administrative coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven attention to detail and confidentiality management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
