Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Support travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data security compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
