Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
