Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and physical records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for leadership team
- Assist in onboarding processes and new hire orientation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, multi-line phones)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
