Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and mail with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Coordinate office operations including supply management and vendor relations
- Support team projects through data entry, record maintenance, and research
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
