Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Process incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Coordinate office events, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with proven attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Professional demeanor with ability to handle confidential information
