Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and oversee general office operations.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into CRM and database systems to ensure information integrity.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software: Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
