- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain digital filing systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
