Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain HR records
- Implement digital filing systems and document management protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (occasional local travel required)
