We are seeking a 2026 Visionary Lead to architect the technological roadmap that will define the next decade of innovation. Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption leading up to and through the 2026 fiscal year.
- Architect scalable, future-proof systems that integrate seamlessly with emerging AI models and edge computing networks.
- Conduct in-depth research and proof-of-concept testing for cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Web3, Quantum-safe cryptography, Generative AI).
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management to define the roadmap for high-impact features that drive user retention.
- Manage the technical budget and resource allocation for R&D initiatives focused on the 2026 vision.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of new technology integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
