Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Identify and patent breakthrough innovations in sustainable tech
- Collaborate with government agencies on future policy frameworks
- Mentor next-gen talent in our Future Leaders program
- Present strategic visions at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging technology R&D
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or C++)
- Previous experience with DARPA or similar innovation bodies
