Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues across company systems
- Manage network administration tasks including security updates and maintenance
- Assist with cloud platform operations (AWS/Azure) and data backup procedures
- Collaborate with remote teams to resolve complex IT infrastructure challenges
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Monitor system performance and implement preventative measures
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support/network administration experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) required
