Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve network security incidents within SLA timeframes
- Implement DevOps pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system integrations
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile development projects
- Monitor system performance using APM tools (Datadog/New Relic)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or DevOps
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
