Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Python/AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime
- Lead agile sprints with distributed global teams
- Contribute to open-source projects quarterly
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years backend development experience
- Proficiency in Python/Django and AWS services
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating cloud-native projects
- Strong written communication skills (remote work requirement)
