Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, tech R&D, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
