- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business strategy
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformational projects
- Manage innovation budgets and track KPIs for future-readiness initiatives
- Publish thought leadership on industry evolution and technological disruption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
