- Partner with venture capital teams for emerging tech scouting
- Develop KPI frameworks for future-readiness metrics
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to board of directors
- Lead ethics-by-design initiatives for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Business Innovation
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, blockchain, and AGI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP or CFIP)
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or disruption
