Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives, translating foresight into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic insights into development pipelines
- Present visionary recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurology, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future visions to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects or published thought leadership
