Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce predictive intelligence reports using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Design innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and regulatory impacts
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future visions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
- Experience with AI-powered forecasting tools and data visualization
