Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Report analyzing disruptive tech and market inflection points
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite across climate resilience, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to prototype next-gen products and services
- Present strategic foresight to boards and investors using data visualization and narrative storytelling
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, TED, and CES summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or corporate foresight roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Proven track record of identifying and scaling billion-dollar market opportunities
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom AI models)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
