Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive technologies and their market implications for 2026 ecosystem integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future literacy across departments and product roadmaps
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and strategic recommendations quarterly
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics for measuring organizational future-readiness maturity
- Represent Nexus Horizon Group at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in next-generation foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with future-focused deliverables
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech) adoption curves
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications preferred
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, system modeling)
- Global perspective with experience in multicultural strategic environments
