Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify 2026 strategic opportunities
- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused projects across AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global macroeconomic indicators and geopolitical factors influencing future business landscapes
- Champion a culture of experimentation and agile methodologies to test future-facing hypotheses
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership with proven 2020+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of launching disruptive products or services that reshaped markets
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Experience leading teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
