Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for technological, social, and economic paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Produce foresight reports and white papers for executive decision-making
- Design innovation workshops to cross-pollinate ideas across disciplines
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Build partnerships with academic and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
