- Produce executive-grade reports and presentations on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and build ROI models for long-term initiatives
- Advise leadership board on exponential technology adoption and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading global remote teams across diverse cultural contexts
