Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics and risk mitigation frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Mentor emerging futurists and build our foresight capability infrastructure
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (7+ years equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and strategic planning for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative foresight methodologies
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proof strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
