Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology and societal impact forecasts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design innovation frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing, and climate resilience solutions
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports with data-driven scenario planning
- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio for emerging technology incubation
- Represent the firm at Davos, Web Summit, and global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology policy
- Proven track record in developing multi-year future scenario roadmaps
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or circular economy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational change
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
